In particular, it is committed to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>1) Constant determination in the pursuit of Customer satisfaction and in the reduction of complaints from Customers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>2) Pursuit of assiduous and constant collaboration with suppliers\/consultants with the aim of activating relationships based on continuous and joint growth of overall quality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>3) Improve the working environment and stimulate the participation of resources in the improvement of services, pursuing the ever scrupulous and careful training of staff.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>4) Carry out research and development of increasingly new and innovative products<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>5) Improve company organization with communication and definition of skills and<\/p>\n<p>awareness<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>6) Implement risk and opportunity analyses<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ottopuntouno srl has designated a member of the Management who, regardless of other responsibilities, has defined responsibility and authority to:<br \/>\u2022 ensure that the quality management system processes are implemented and maintained;<br \/>\u2022 define and implement improvement actions based on risk analysis;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 promote customer awareness of our products through training.<\/p>\n<p>The Management nevertheless points out that the achievement of the objectives defined above is its own responsibility and that of all the Staff and it is the prerogative of everyone that the Quality System is actively managed and continuously improved by motivated, responsible and professionally trained people. The General Management undertakes to take an active role in the promotion and guidance of all activities having an influence on Quality, through the dissemination, at all levels, of the Policy set out here and the periodic verification of its degree of suitability, understanding and implementation through direct feedback and periodic examinations of the results achieved.
